As a mother, sister, daughter and therapist I understand how important it is to feel safe, comfortable and heard. I will meet you where you are on your therapeutic journey. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma informed methods, and a strength-based approach as my primary treatment modalities. I have worked with individuals with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. I have also worked with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
